Job summary

Maersk is seeking an International Field Operations Coordinator to support and optimize international operations across the US network. You will provide training, help implement new procedures, and monitor international stations and personnel to ensure service excellence.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a solid background in international logistics, with willingness to travel domestically up to 20%.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in International Logistics.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Domestic travel up to 20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations across international stations to ensure consistency, compliance, and service excellence.
• Serve as a central resource for international colleagues, providing guidance and resolving issues in real time.
• Conduct regular evaluations of station performance and collaborate with leadership to implement improvements.
• Domestic travel to stations to provide onboarding, recurrent training, and skill-based coaching to international colleagues.
