Job summary

Olympic College is seeking a Program Specialist 3 - International Education to guide international prospects through applications, housing, and immigration documents. You will be the primary contact for arriving international students, coordinating orientation, airport pickup, and cultural programming.

The role supports SEVIS compliance, manages student records, and facilitates Study Abroad initiatives, partnering with internal departments to ensure smooth program operations.

Qualifications

• Maintain SEVIS records for F-1 and J-1 students and exchange visitors.
• Coordinate international student documents: admission letters, I-20s, and visa-related forms.
• Provide front-line support to international students and oversee orientation and programming.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate SEVIS records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Issue admission letters, I-20s, and immigration documents as needed.
• Lead orientation and cultural programming for new international students.
• Recruit, train, and supervise student staff and volunteers.
• Coordinate housing, airport pickups, and outreach efforts for Study Abroad programs.
