Job summary

Cal State East Bay is seeking an experienced Student Services Professional III to manage SEVIS reporting for F-1 students and provide comprehensive support to international students. You will develop orientation programs, liaise with CIE, and assist international recruitment efforts. A strong understanding of immigration regulations is essential.

The role focuses on advising students, maintaining SEVIS records, and delivering high-quality service in a diverse campus environment.

Qualifications

• Familiar with F-1 regulations and SEVIS reporting requirements.
• Ability to advise students individually and in groups.
• Experience in coordinating international student services and recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage federal SEVIS reporting requirements for CSUEB.
• Assist international students in understanding US immigration status.
• Develop and implement orientation and immigration workshops.
• Serve as liaison for CIE and provide customer service.
• Support international student recruitment efforts when needed.
• Coordinate and maintain accurate SEVIS records and files.
