Job summary

The National Football League (NFL) is seeking a Senior Manager, International Data & Strategy to lead and scale its international data program. You will partner with League and Club stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions and program operations that drive informed decision-making across global markets.

The role requires 6–8+ years in data strategy or leadership, strong data governance, cloud platforms, and proven stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of progressive experience in data strategy or related leadership roles.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data initiatives.
• Knowledge of privacy, regulatory requirements including GDPR/CCPA.
• Experience with fan/customer engagement systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional alignment for the international managed model and champion adoption.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations across data onboarding, curation, fulfillment, reporting.
• Partner with clubs to translate requirements into prioritized program initiatives.
• Define scalable data and platform requirements to support segmentation and performance metrics.
• Establish standardized processes and optimize workflows.
