Job summary

NFL seeks a Senior Manager, International Data & Strategy to lead and scale the NFL’s international managed model as part of a transformative enterprise initiative. You will partner with League and Club stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions and program operations that enable informed decision-making across global markets.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years delivering enterprise-scale data initiatives.
• Experience with data governance, analytics programs, and cloud platforms.
• Strong privacy, regulatory knowledge (GDPR, CCPA) and responsible data practices.
• Proven executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional alignment and drive adoption of the international model.
• Oversee program operations including data onboarding, curation, fulfillment, reporting and insights.
• Partner with clubs to translate requirements into prioritized program initiatives.
• Define data product architecture for segmentation, access, and metrics.
• Establish standardized processes and optimize workflows.
