The Los Angeles Dodgers are hiring an Analyst for International Baseball Strategy & Information. This early-career position focuses on auditing data, building scalable infrastructure, and creating tools for non-technical users across international scouting and baseball operations.

You will write production-grade SQL and Python/R, work with data engineers, and help develop valuation and projection models for international players.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in mathematics, economics, statistics, computer science, data science, operations research, or related quantitative field.
• 0-3 years of experience with strong quantitative training.

Responsibilities

• Write production-quality SQL and Python or R; build/maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Collaborate with international scouts, analysts, and data engineering/IT to translate questions into data solutions.
• Present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a usable form.
• Relocate to Los Angeles and commute to Dodger Stadium.
• Support valuation, projection, and infrastructure initiatives in international baseball strategy.
