Job summary

UCF Global - UCF Abroad in Orlando invites applications for the Assistant Director, International Education to lead and expand its network of educational agents recruiting for IEP, OEP and degree pathways. You will oversee agent agreements, training, and performance evaluation to drive compliant recruitment and enrollment.

You will collaborate with Enrollment Services and ISSS to issue immigration documents, manage commissions, and travel to establish partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• 4+ years in international education or enrollment management.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, renew, and terminate agent agreements with legal collaboration.
• Train agents via virtual, phone, or in-person sessions.
• Monitor enrollment and revenue from agent referrals.
• Oversee commission payments to agents.
• Coordinate immigration documents with Enrollment Services and ISSS.
