Job summary

UCF Global is seeking an Assistant Director of International Education to oversee our global agent network that recruits students into programs such as IEP, OEP, and degree pathways. The role partners with legal, enrollment, ISSS, and marketing to ensure compliant, effective partnerships and a great student experience from recruitment to enrollment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience and leadership exposure.
• Experience in international education or partnership development is preferred.
• Knowledge of international admissions processes and regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage agent agreements with the legal team.
• Train and support recruiting agents.
• Evaluate agent performance via surveys and reports.
• Develop and maintain an agent manual and processes.
• Conduct market research to identify new partnerships and regulations.
• Track enrollment and revenue generated from agent referrals.
• Oversee commission payments to agents and related budgets.
• Create promotional materials and manage content for UCF Global.
• Communicate with agents regularly and resolve concerns.
