• Own technical debt and infrastructure modernization within the team scope
• Maintain deep understanding of every project to push on observability and recovery
• Own delivery outcomes, reliability metrics, and platform adoption
• Guide system design and hands-on code review to ensure engineering excellence
• Lead 3–4 Site Reliability Engineers in career growth, performance, and hiring
• Shape development processes and balance urgency with quality
