Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users and development teams.
• Create and manage the backlog of work tickets for the internal software system.
• Participate in agile activities – sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions and stakeholder meetings.
• Develop and facilitate alternative workflow solutions.
• Manage change requests for internal development teams.
• Serve as primary contact for user issues or requests with the software.
• Work with the development team to ensure quality and acceptance criteria.
