Job summary

Frost in San Antonio seeks an Internal Support Specialist to help keep our properties running smoothly. You’ll resolve work orders, coordinate logistics, and act as the friendly face for staff and executives.

You’ll drive, lift, and deliver sensitive materials, support banking operations, and partner with Postal, Records, and Properties teams. The role rewards integrity, care, and excellence in service.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a warehouse.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and resolve work orders to maintain Frost properties’ excellent condition
• Team with Postal, Records, and Properties to support employee and bank operations
• Provide courier and driving services to executives to ensure their safety and the delivery of sensitive material
• Communicate effectively to organize logistics details and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
