Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• 2+ years of administrative, HR, recruiting, project coordination, or business support experience preferred.
• Experience with learning management systems or training platforms and coordinating cross-functional needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job postings across recruiting platforms and candidate communications.
• Schedule interviews and assist hiring managers with follow-up and coordination.
• Maintain applicant tracking records and metrics; support onboarding activities.
• Administer Learning & Development platform and assign training programs.
• Coordinate MVR reviews, driver qualification files, and DOT-related reporting.
• Provide general administrative support to Transportation, Supply Chain, HSE, Risk Management, and Exec Leadership.
