Berlin City Kia is hiring an Internal Service Advisor to join our Burlington, Vermont team. The role coordinates communication between service, used car, technicians, and parts to ensure timely repair completion and smooth workflow.

You'll write repair orders and monitor progress while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership
• Automotive service or dealership exposure preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify vehicle repair and reconditioning needs with managers and technicians
• Write and manage internal repair orders accurately
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to ensure timely repairs
• Provide timelines, estimates, and status updates to management
• Monitor work in progress and address delays
• Respond to customer and manager inquiries about repairs and appointments
• Maintain communication throughout the repair process
• Support service workflow and department organization
