Job summary

Schoepe Display GmbH is currently seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time role in internal sales at our Dahlewitz location. The successful candidate will manage quotations and coordinate order processing while providing exceptional support to key accounts.

Ideal applicants will have completed commercial training and possess several years of experience in customer service, particularly within the packaging industry. Fluency in German (C1 level) and strong English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in internal sales/customer service within the packaging or corrugated board industry.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Preparing quotations and coordinating the complete order processing using our ERP system.
• Corresponding with customers and providing dedicated support to key accounts.
• Coordinating services and deadlines in cooperation with departments.
• Managing inventory materials and material inquiries.
• Creating shipping schedules according to customer specifications.
• Preparing customs invoices and declarations.
