Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, HR, or high-volume outreach.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and stages simultaneously.
• Willingness to work full-time hours in Tampa and take ownership of the pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job ads across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms
• Review and respond to incoming resumes and applications in a timely manner
• Reach out to and follow up with prospective recruits to keep them engaged in the process
• Schedule and book interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates after interviews to keep momentum and close the loop
• Track candidates through the pipeline and keep recruiting records organized and current
• Work closely with the Location Manager to align on hiring needs and priorities
