Phinity is hiring a software engineer to build the internal platform our engineers rely on daily, leveraging AI to speed up development. You'll collaborate with hardware engineers to turn workflows into fast, reliable software.

You'll work across the stack—from containerized workflows and infrastructure to the interfaces engineers use—while shipping robust, maintainable systems on a fast-moving team in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 2+ years writing production software or equivalent
• Strong foundation in software engineering
• Experience using AI to write software
• Excellent communication and adaptability in fast-moving environments

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the internal platform used by hardware engineers to create, run, and validate structured tasks and datasets
• Engineer robust data pipelines and backend services around them
• Work across the stack from containerized workflows and infrastructure to user interfaces
