RAFFERTY CONSTRUCTION INC. seeks a Project Coordinator to support construction and development teams as a central administrative hub.
You will ensure flawless project documentation, maintain data accuracy, and communicate professionally with internal teams and partners. The role involves assisting the Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Estimating Team, with an emphasis on process-driven work in a construction environment.
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our growing construction and development teams. In this cross-functional role, you will act as a key administrative hub, assisting the Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Estimating Team to keep our operations moving efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives on maintaining flawless project documentation, possesses strong professional communication skills, and prioritizes strict data accuracy across all internal tracking systems.
In this position, your time will be split between supporting multiple project leaders. You will assist the Project Manager by entering Purchase Orders and Change Orders into our management software to help track ongoing project financials. To support the Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for helping to create owner and subcontractor contracts and diligently collecting and organizing critical compliance documents from our trade partners. When needed, you will also assist the Estimators and Call Team by making proactive outbound calls to subcontractors to gather project interest and follow up on upcoming bids.
You are organized, persistent, comfortable on the phone, and take pride in keeping information accurate and up to date.
