Job summary

SSG of Georgia LLC in Jackson, GA is hiring an Internal Operations Associate to support the Projects team by coordinating new residential construction projects. You will receive approved estimates from customers and enter essential data into internal systems to create new jobs.

You will merge data points like Neighborhood, Lot Number, House Plan Design, and Elevation to create a new Project and coordinate with team members to ensure readiness throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of office experience in a detail-oriented role.
• Construction background is helpful.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Strong customer service and verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive information on jobs won and merge data to create a new Project.
• Enter data points such as Neighborhood, Lot Number, House Plan Design, Elevation into internal systems.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure readiness throughout construction.
• Coordinate with Field Management to ensure project readiness in the field.
• Research, troubleshoot and remedy issues or errors as needed.
• Update relevant statuses in database and respond to inquiries via email and phone.

The Projects Associate plays a key role in the workflow by receiving approved estimates from external customers and entering essential information—such as lot number, neighborhood, and other qualifying data—into internal systems to create new jobs.Position Responsibilities: • Receive information on jobs won by Southern Exteriors via internal and external software portals. • Merge information on data points such as Neighborhood, Lot Number, House Plan Design, Elevation, etc... to create a new “Project.” • Communicate and coordinate with other internal team members to ensure readiness throughout the construction process. • Communicate and coordinate with Field Management team to ensure project readiness in the field. • Research, troubleshoot and remedy issues or errors as needed. • Update relevant statuses in database. • Respond to sales team inquiries via email and phone. • Perform other administrative duties as assigned. • Other duties as assigned.## QualificationsPosition Requirements: • A minimum of 2 years office experience working in a detail-oriented position, construction background helpful. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. • Highly organized and detail oriented. • Strong customer service & excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. • Experience working as a team member toward shared goals. • Strong computer skills including MS Word and Excel (Google Docs & Sheets) • Work Ethic & Dependability, a positive attitude and attention to detail are necessary for success.
