WarrCloud, Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the Training Manager in designing, delivering, and improving company-wide learning programs. You will collaborate across departments to build an effective curriculum, maintain materials, and champion a culture of continuous learning.

You will mentor trainers, ensure milestones are met, and evaluate program effectiveness. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills are essential, with automotive dealership experience

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Experience in automotive dealerships or Fixed Operations.

Responsabilités

• Assisting with the review and enhancement of existing training programs to meet organizational needs.
• Assisting with development of new training programs to address gaps in offerings.
• Creating engaging training content with adult-learning principles and multimedia elements.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to align programs with best practices and goals.
• Ensuring training milestones are met and materials are up-to-date.
• Providing guidance and support to trainers and facilitators for effective delivery.
• Evaluating training effectiveness and recommending improvements. Maintaining accurate training records and reports.
• Staying up-to-date with trends in training and development.
• Fostering a culture of learning and growth mindset.
• Upholding best practices and corporate principles for training.
• Serving as a mentor, coach, and ready resource.

In this role, you will collaborate across departments to build effective training curriculum, enhance existing programs, and champion a culture of continuous learning. Success in this position requires strong emotional intelligence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to organize, present, and facilitate engaging learning experiences.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assisting with the review and enhancement of existing training programs to ensure they meet the needs of our employees and the organization as a whole.
• Assisting with the development of new training programs to address any gaps in current training offerings and support the professional development of our employees.
• Creating engaging training content that incorporates adult learning principles, interactive activities, and multimedia elements.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop training programs that align with industry best practices and organizational goals.
• Ensuring that training milestones are met and all training materials are up-to-date.
• Providing guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure the effective delivery of training programs.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvements.Maintaining accurate training records and reports.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
• Foster a culture of learning and stress the importance of a growth mindset.
