Job summary

TITLE: Supervision Stipend

LOCATION: Urbana 6th Grade Center (up to 10)

SUPERVISOR: Building Principalor designee

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Under the direction of the Principalor designee:

• Provide active supervision for 15 minutes before school (the first bell) and/or 15 minutes after school (starting after the last bell)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Urbana School District #116 Employee
• Teacher as defined by the CBA

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

• This is a stipend position paid at the rate of $2,000 annually
• Requires at least a one-year commitment for the 2026-2027 school year.
• Stipend can be split via AM/PM or 1st Semester/2nd Semester
• Salary and Benefit information can be found on the Human Resources webpage .
• This is an exempt position.
• This is a stipend position within the collective bargaining unit and is not an administrative role. The stipend position does not interfere with other stipend responsibilities.

EVALUATION:

Performance of this position will be evaluated in accordance with the Board’s policy on the evaluation of professional personnel.
