ProHealth Physicians, part of the Optum family, is seeking an Internal Medicine Registered Nurse in Bloomfield, CT. This full-time role supports our care team with nursing care, patient education, and coordination of services, using the EHR for all documentation.

You will triage patients, prepare them for visits, and participate in ongoing safety and quality initiatives. The position requires an active CT RN license, 1+ year of nursing experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; BSN and

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in CT.
• 1+ years of nursing experience.
• Intermediate level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• BSN preferred.
• Epic experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and document nursing care following established standards and practices.
• Triage patients according to approved protocols and scheduling guidelines.
• Assist in locating and coordinating services from other providers and resources.
• Educate patients regarding their illness or injury and self-management of their condition.
• Carry out standing orders consistent with practice policies and procedures.
• Document all patient interactions and other clinical activities accurately in the EHR.
