Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care seeks an Associate Program Director to supervise an Internal Medicine residency program and shape the educational curriculum. You will ensure regulatory compliance, mentor residents, and collaborate with faculty to sustain high educational quality.

Responsibilities include curriculum design, activity oversight, scholarly work, and promoting lifelong learning within a patient-centered care framework.

Formación

• Strong clinical background in internal medicine.
• Experience or aptitude for graduate medical education leadership and supervision.
• Knowledge of ACGME standards and quality/compliance practices.
• Excellent communication, mentorship, and team collaboration skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and refine residency curriculum and educational activities
• Supervise and mentor residents to promote clinical growth and professionalism
