Overland Park Regional Medical Center seeks an associate program director for its Internal Medicine Residency Program. This leadership role oversees curriculum, resident education and evaluation, and continuous program improvement.

The ideal candidate is ABIM or AOBIM certified with at least three years of faculty experience in an ACGME-accredited internal medicine residency and the ability to obtain Kansas licensure.

Qualifications

• Board certification by ABIM or AOBIM is required (must be current).
• Minimum of three years of faculty experience in an ACGME accredited internal medicine residency program.
• Ability to obtain Kansas licensure.
• Active role in curriculum development, resident teaching and evaluation, continuous program improvement and faculty development.
