Qualifications

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
• 3–5 years of post-residency Internal Medicine clinical experience.
• Core Faculty experience in an ACGME-accredited IM Residency Program.
• Minimum 3 years of Program Director or Associate Program Director experience.
• Experience in resident and medical student education and mentorship.
• Active scholarly activity with research/publications/presentations.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Inpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Administrative and residency program leadership experience preferred.
• Eligible for unrestricted Illinois medical licensure.
