Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a full-time, in-person Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a mission-driven outpatient clinic serving a diverse, medically underserved patient population. You will provide comprehensive outpatient care, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, deliver preventive services, and work with an integrated care team to improve community health outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
• Active state medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Commitment to underserved populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine care to adult patients.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Deliver preventive care, health screenings, immunizations, and wellness services.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams and coordinate referrals.
• Deliver culturally competent care with consideration of social determinants of health.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, care coordination, and population health efforts.
• Document patient encounters in the EHR.
• Engage in clinical meetings and community health initiatives.

Compensation: $200,000 – $295,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, daytime schedule, in-person (outpatient)
