Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine care to adult patients.

• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams and coordinate specialty referrals.
• Deliver culturally competent care with consideration of social determinants of health.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, care coordination, and population health efforts.
• Accurately document patient encounters in the EHR.
• Engage in clinical meetings, care team collaboration, and community health initiatives.

Compensation: $200,000 – $295,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, daytime schedule, in-person (outpatient)

We are seeking a full-time, in-person Internal Medicine Physician to join a mission-driven, multidisciplinary outpatient healthcare organization serving a diverse and medically underserved patient population. Physicians work closely with an integrated care team that may include primary care providers, specialists, advanced practice providers, nurses, medical assistants, and support staff.
