Ascension All Saints Hospital in Racine, WI seeks a full-time physician to join a collaborative team delivering high-quality care. All Saints Hospital is a historic non-profit with 350 beds, providing extensive inpatient and outpatient services. Candidates should be MD/DO with advanced life support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborative Day Team: Join a robust daytime cohort of seven rounders, supported overnight by two Nocturnists, with a daily patient encounter goal of 16–18.
• Lead Comprehensive Rounding: Evaluate and treat a diverse patient panel as primary attending or consulting physician.
• Focus on Medical Management: Work in a structured environment where procedures are optional, allowing focus on clinical skills.
• Streamline the Patient Journey: Coordinate care with an experienced team to ensure efficient medical management.
• Champion Quality & Efficiency: Earn eligibility for a 2.5% quality metric bonus and a seniority bonus.
• Document Excellence: Maintain high-quality patient records across the hospital.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• One or more of the following required:
• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education
