Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible internal medicine physician to provide outpatient care and serve as core faculty for the Internal Medicine Residency Program.

The role includes mentoring residents and contributing to scholarly activities, while supporting program policies and resident evaluation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical, educational, and administrative abilities, with excellent mentorship and communication skills to guide residents

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.
