The position emphasizes leadership development, educational involvement, and collaboration within MUSC Health’s Florence network to grow the residency program and primary care services.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Internal Medicine.
• Unrestricted South Carolina medical licensure.
• Registration for federal and state-controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a role model, mentor, and advisor to residents.
• Participate in the selection, orientation, and evaluation of residents.
• Support the Program Director and Associate Program Director in policy implementation.
• Split time between educational, administrative, and clinical care.
