Job summary

Medrina is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Nurse Practitioner with an Internal Medicine focus to provide comprehensive care in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Florida.

You will manage adult and geriatric patients, perform assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans, and document in EMR. Independent practice within a collaborative network is encouraged, with ongoing mentorship and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida.
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Experience managing adult/geriatric patients.
• Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in an SNF setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Responsible for full medical management and primary care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR.
