Healthcare Resources Group of GA, LLC in Port Charlotte, FL is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a busy Internal Medicine/Primary Care practice. You will provide evaluation, management, and treatment of patients under the Attending Physician's direction, establishing protocols and coordinating care.

The position offers a base salary with potential for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Active Florida license required.
• Experience with EMR/EHR preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, manage and treat patients in the practice.
• Establish treatment protocols under Attending Physician guidance.
• Coordinate care and monitor patients during outpatient visits (Mon-Fri, 8am–5pm).
• Document care using EMR/EHR and participate in quality initiatives.
