Sofidel S.p.A. in Horsham, PA is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to oversee the efficient movement of finished goods and raw materials across Sofidel America's network.

You will collaborate with carriers, warehouses, customer service, planning, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time delivery and superior service. The role requires coordinating shipments, monitoring performance, and supporting cost-saving initiatives while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or related field.
• Experience coordinating shipments and working with carriers, freight providers, 3PLs, or distribution operations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities to support customer requirements and business objectives.
• Monitor shipment status and address delays, disruptions, and delivery issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for transportation providers regarding scheduling and issue resolution.
• Prepare carrier RFPs and participate in carrier selection and negotiation.
• Track and report transportation metrics including on-time delivery, freight costs, and carrier performance.
• Review freight invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with carriers.
