Job summary

You will perform electrical/instrumentation maintenance, troubleshoot issues, collect PLC data, support safety and quality initiatives, and collaborate to improve processes across shifts.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in a production environment with automation technology.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical and instrumentation maintenance; replace/repair components and parts; program monitoring systems; troubleshoot issues.
• Identify root causes of quality and production deficiencies; take corrective action.
• Assist production with outage management and safety enhancements.
• Follow directions and work orders; communicate between shifts.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and instrumentation systems.
• Ensure proper operation of robotic systems by maintaining components.
• Gather PLC input/output data to track equipment efficiency.
• Collaborate with team to resolve problems and improve processes.
• Provide troubleshooting and maintenance support for automated systems across shifts.
