Responsibilities

• Log and prioritize user requests via phone, email, and in person.
• Serve as first point of contact for IT support to internal users.
• Provide workstation setup for new team members.
• Install hardware and software as needed.
• Develop and maintain IT procedures and user guides.
• Perform routine maintenance on workstation hardware.
• Assist in other projects as assigned by management.
