ComTec Solutions in Rochester is seeking an Internal IT & Innovation Administrator to own and maintain the internal technology environment. This role includes systems administration and end-user support while driving technology planning and innovation.

The ideal candidate will ensure efficient daily IT operations and implement technologies critical for scalability. Required skills include strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and more. A degree in an IT-related field and relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong systems administration background.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Experience implementing or evaluating new technologies preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and more.
• Serve as primary internal IT support resource (Tier 1–3).
• Develop and maintain an internal technology roadmap aligned with company goals.

Microsoft 365 & Exchange

VPN and remote access solutions

Endpoint security platforms

Backup and disaster recovery systems

Wi-Fi and LAN networking fundamentals

Formation

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field

3–5+ years of progressive IT experience
