Job summary

Location3 is seeking an IT-focused professional to support a Microsoft-based environment and serve as the internal technology contact. You will handle help desk tasks, user access, and coordination with external IT partners from Denver, with periodic in-person collaboration at the Glendale office.

The role requires at least two years in IT support and a focus on security, access controls, and end-to-end ownership of IT services.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in IT support or help desk roles.
• Microsoft 365 administration knowledge is required or expected shortly after hire.
• Understanding security practices and access control is important.

Responsibilities

• Internal IT support and help desk for employees including hardware, software, and access requests.
• Microsoft 365 administration: user profiles, mail, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, license assignment.
• New hire setup and offboarding: account creation and equipment provisioning, offboarding when leaving.
• Coordinate with external IT partners and managed service providers for complex issues.
• Document processes and improve onboarding/offboarding and help desk workflows.
