Internal Full-Charge Bookkeeper (In-House)

We are looking for a reliable person who is accurate and organized. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks. This person should be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and working as a team member.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable
• Customer service 1 year (preferred)
• Experience with Quick Books software
• Familiarity with office management procedures and accounting principles
• Fluent in English and Spanish - reading, writing and speaking
• Good oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Organized and detail oriented
• Able to prioritize tasks and follow up with team members for completion
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; strong Excel required
• High school diploma; BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
• Must be able to legally work in the United States
