Nye Health Services is seeking experienced, adaptable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our exclusive Internal Float Pool across Fremont, Louisville, and Lincoln campuses. Internal Float Pool nurses enjoy a 15% premium on top of base pay, stable schedules, and access to benefits, while gaining the flexibility to work across multiple facilities.

Qualificações

• Current Nebraska RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience in Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing.
• Demonstrated clinical competence and strong assessment skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different teams and resident populations.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between campuses.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and resident care plans.
• Perform assessments, medication administration, treatments, and documentation.
• Respond effectively to changes in resident condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality resident outcomes.
• Support resident, family, and team member communication.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and organizational regulations.
• Adapt quickly to varying campus procedures and resident care needs.
• Serve as a positive representative of Nye Health Services across all campuses.
