Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services in Illinois is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our float pool. RNs earn $45/hour and LPNs $37/hour, with flexible schedules including PRN, full-time and part-time opportunities across multiple Illinois locations, including Walnut.

Deliver direct patient care, supervise CNAs, administer medications, monitor residents, and document care plans in PCC.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Supervise, guide, and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC).
• Foster resident-centered care and build strong relationships with families.
