Job summary
Allure Healthcare Services is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our float pool across Illinois. Competitive hourly pay: $45/hr for RNs and $37/hr for LPNs. PRN, full-time, and part-time shifts available with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Illinois RN or LPN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
- Supervise, guide, and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
- Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC).
- Foster resident-centered care and build strong relationships with families.
