Qualifications

• Current Nebraska RN or LPN license in good standing.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between campuses.

Position Summary

Nye Health Services is seeking experienced, highly adaptable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our exclusive Internal Float Pool team. This elite group of nurses provides clinical support across our skilled nursing campuses in Fremont, Louisville, and Lincoln, helping ensure exceptional resident care while supporting staffing needs throughout the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Nebraska RN or LPN license in good standing
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience in Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing
• Demonstrated clinical competence and strong assessment skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different teams, workflows, and resident populations
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Fremont, Louisville, and Lincoln campuses

Schedule Requirements

• Must be available to work across all designated Nye Health Services skilled nursing campuses
• Scheduled month-to-month based on organizational staffing needs
• Ability to pick up additional shifts based on availability and organizational need
• Team members working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for benefits in accordance with company policy
