Job summary

The Baldwin Group Colleague, Inc. is seeking a Communications Specialist to develop and execute internal communication strategies in collaboration with Enterprise Communications, IAS Marketing, and operating leaders.

You will manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality communications across executive and employee audiences. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in communications or related fields, with experience in Marketing Cloud, survey

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
• Experience supporting organizational change initiatives; change management certification preferred.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, social media, SEO, and content marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes internal communications plans across multiple channels.
• Collaborates with Enterprise Communications, IAS Marketing, and leaders to advance priorities.
• Writes, edits, and proofs communications for executives, town halls, intranets, emails, and events.
• Analyzes surveys and feedback to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Manages distribution lists and coordinates newsletters and events.
• Supports reporting on communications activities and performance metrics.
• Maintains knowledge of communication platforms and tools; supports cross-functional teams.
