Job summary

Marsh Risk US is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist based in New York with a hybrid work arrangement requiring three days in the office. You will support end-to-end execution of strategic internal communications, including writing, editing, coordinating production, and distributing content across intranet, email, newsletters, and social channels.

You will publish content, track engagement, and help improve employee engagement, brand awareness, and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in corporate and/or internal communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously with flexible priorities.
• Proficiency with digital channels, social media and multimedia content creation.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of strategic internal communications programs across channels.
• Write, edit, and proofread employee communications, newsletters and informational materials.
• Publish and maintain content across intranet, email, newsletters, social media and other channels.
• Coordinate distribution, audience segmentation and tracking; analyze metrics to improve engagement.
• Support surveys and production logistics; summarize findings and recommend actions to boost engagement.
