Qualifications

  • 2-5 years in communications, corporate affairs, or operations with storytelling focus.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills for multiple formats and channels.
  • Social-first, creative thinker able to adapt messages for digital/social platforms.
  • Highly organized and entrepreneurial self-starter who manages multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a Content Communications Specialist, to join their team. As a Content Communications Specialist, you will be part of the Communications and Engagement department supporting internal and external storytelling initiatives. The ideal candidate will have creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
  • Support the planning, development, and execution of Town Halls and all-hands meetings for Operations employees across North America, bringing creative ideas to make these moments engaging and memorable.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and events that foster team cohesion across dispersed sites, ensuring employees feel seen and connected.
  • Develop and implement internal communications plans that keep employees informed and aligned with Operations strategies, using creative storytelling to make updates compelling.
  • Create engaging content for internal channels such as newsletters, intranet, digital signage, and videos that highlight operational achievements and employee stories.
  • Partner with leadership and teams to generate proactive content that showcases innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence, utilizing diverse formats including social media, videos, and multimedia storytelling.
