Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Lynnwood, WA, is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist focused on internal communications. You will build relationships across the company, uncover compelling shop-floor stories, and deliver engaging content to colleagues at all levels.

You will create newsletters, intranet pages, videos and other media, support events and trade shows, and help shape Crane A&E's messaging.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of newsroom, corporate or agency experience.
• Strong AP style writing and storytelling background; clear written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; basic Adobe Suite; videography/photography production/editing; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Act as Internal Communications lead, networking across the business for compelling narratives.
• Develop internal newsletters, SharePoint pages, visual content, and executive communications.
• Create written, video and other media content to showcase Crane A&E news and milestones.
• Manage the internal editorial/content calendar and campaigns with HR and stakeholders.
• Support media relations, distribute trade releases, and track earned media.
• Translate complex engineering topics into digestible employee-facing content.
