Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist at our Lynnwood, WA location. You will be the internal communications lead, crafting narratives from the shop floor to senior leadership while collaborating with HR and the Marketing & Communications team.

You’ll develop newsletters, SharePoint pages, and multimedia content, using AP style writing, photography, and video skills to strengthen Crane A&E’s internal communications and brand presence.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in newsroom, corporate or agency environment.
• AP style writing and storytelling background; ability to present information clearly in writing.
• Understanding of strategic communications planning and principles.

Responsibilities

• Act as the internal communications lead across the business.
• Develop and deliver internal communications products (newsletter, SharePoint pages, visual content).
• Create written and multimedia content to showcase company news and initiatives.
• Manage internal editorial/content calendar and campaigns with HR.
• Support media relations and distribute trade communications; maintain media lists.
• Translate complex topics into clear information for employees; apply brand guidelines.
• Contribute photography/videography support and analytics reporting for impact.
