Qualifications

• 3–8 years relevant work experience in newsroom, corporate or agency settings.
• Strong AP style writing and storytelling background with clear written communication.
• Ability to translate complex topics into digestible content for employees.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary Internal Communications lead across the business.
• Develop internal newsletters, SharePoint pages, and executive communications.
• Create written and multimedia content to showcase company news and initiatives.
• Manage internal editorial/content calendar and campaigns with HR.
• Provide photography/videography support and assist with media relations.
• Ensure brand guidelines are applied and measure impact with analytics.
