Patterson Companies, Inc. is seeking a Communications Specialist to develop, coordinate, and deliver internal communications that inform employees and support organizational objectives across multiple channels.

You will create content, manage channels, and ensure messages are clear and aligned with brand standards. You will partner with leaders and stakeholders, measure engagement, and implement best practices in communications, while staying current on new tools and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field; or equivalent education and/or experience
• 2 years of relevant communications, employee communications, public relations, content development, or related experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication strategies and campaigns for company programs, policies, processes, performance, and initiatives
• Develop and deliver internal content across emails, intranet, newsletters, and employee updates
• Draft, review, design, and edit communications for clarity, accuracy, and audience-appropriate messaging
• Select and manage channels to maximize reach and cohesive employee experience
• Support internal communication platforms, communities, feedback mechanisms, and knowledge sharing
• Measure engagement and feedback to inform improvements
• Partner with leaders to align messaging with program objectives and stakeholder needs
• Stay current on best practices and emerging technologies in corporate communications
