The role supports organizational objectives, improves engagement, and strengthens consistent messaging across the company. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in corporate communications, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field; or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2 years of relevant communications, employee communications, public relations, content development, or related experience.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication strategies and campaigns disseminating information on programs, policies, processes, performance and initiatives.
• Develop and deliver internal communications across channels (emails, newsletters, intranet) to support objectives and engagement.
• Draft, review, design, and edit communications to ensure clarity, accuracy, and audience-appropriate messaging.
• Select and manage channels and tools to maximize reach and accessibility for employee audiences.
