Responsibilities

• Plan, logistics and tracking of CEO engagements with employees, leadership, partners, VICs, and press.
• Draft and edit internal emails, briefing memos, remarks, and talking points.
• Conduct background research and prepare briefing documents for the CEO.
• Manage CEO content across channels and maintain engagement calendars.
• Support leadership engagement initiatives and meetings preparations.
• Assist with press opportunities and track coverage.
